  This is no gastro pub - had a light lunch and was served tasteless, dry, unseasoned and uncheesy cheese omelette and the sausages my husband was served were very obviously bulk frozen basic dime-a-dozen and, again, tasteless. This is a pub that serves basic fare ... and of poor quality at that.

  It's a reasonable place to get some food where there is literally no other option nearby. The food is acceptable. Staff are friendly. It's a nice place to sit outside if the sun's out.

  This is the only place we found in this area to get food...if you're not a local you are definitely treated like you're not (left till last to be served). Not disabled friendly apart from a little ramp outside. Not child friendly in toilet area as only a 6ft adult would be able to use them. Lastly; the food is below average. Considering it's right by the sea its awful and next time would prefer frozen from Iceland which is saying something. Service is awful and the staff are even worse. Unless you want an uncomfortable atmosphere and terrible food with an expensive -ish bill avoid if possible. Our family day out in the sun was sadly ruined by this experience.
